This is an affirmation given to me by Jon Farle. It is sort of his motto. At his suggestion, I use it in my work with chronically mentaly ill as a reality check for myself and our clients. In this complex, rapidly chnging world, it is important to know whether or not we are dealing with Simple Truth &Absolute Reality.
